During this unusual pandemic time, I was really surprised at the service I got provided. I got a new Sentra sv in less one week, and everything went just so well and fast! I really love my new Sentra! Hahaha

we were looking for and once i found a few cars on the site, we came down to the dealership and she got us into a few cars to try out. Once my daughter picked the one she wanted, Gwen took care of the rest. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was super quick, staff was friendly. Seating area was clean and set up well for social distancing. Felt very comfortable.

I went for an oil change, the service advisor was courteous and friendly. The service manager was excellent ,(Dec2020) tough position to hold and he was great. Hopefully he will stay and I can go back in the future for any necessary repairs.

I love my new Nissan Pathfinder! I wanted white with black interior and after searching everywhere for me, they came through! Always excellent customer service. I've sent many referrals to friends and family and everyone was very satisfied. Always a great experience! Happy customer!

As usual the dealership was clean and I was happy to see they still had coffee during Covid19. They told me it would take 1 1/2 hours until my car was done...and it was. My car had a recall and I was informed it was all taken care of and that it would not bother me any more. So far good.

Gwen Ziccardi was professional and very knowledgeable in our car selection. She didn't pressure us but gave us the information to make the right decision for our family. Most importantly, we did not have to wait long hours because she made the entire new car purchase seamless and fast. We spent less than 3 hours total in the dealership from start to finish. After a horrible experience with Pep Boys, Nissan Service Advisor Debbie saw me on a saturday afternoon when she could have turned me away. She made room to see me, was able to get a tire properly mounted (apparently Pep Boys doesn't know how to mount tires on a 2013 ALtima) Debbie could have ripped me off and sold me a new tire valve as Pep Boys had incorrectly stated I needed. Tire problem solved, I'm definitely going back for some other hick ups the car is having.
