It was the first time I felt confident leaving a dealership - I had my car I wanted and it was affordable. Mike with Allstate at Nissan 112 even helped me out by getting me a reduced rate for my policy - a bonus I didn’t even anticipate! Excellent service all around.

Great people, everybody was very nice. Me and my wife felt very comfortable, a very nice and relaxing feeling. To Buy a car can be very intimidating but the air you breath as soon as you walk in is very welcoming. Now, we’re just waiting for our spare key and THEN I can say that the experience was perfect.

Went into Nissan for 112 for a car for my mom and stumbled upon a flipping ANGEL and bought 2 cars! Gwen worked SO hard to get us the best deal. The level of ease was something I never experienced before. I went to pick up my car and they even handled my insurance. I had to do nothing except put pen to paper. If you need a car, save yourself the headache and Just go to Gwen. She will be your saving grace.

Very good experience overall. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We walked in, no appointment, just taking a chance to look at some cars and we got the chance to do a test drive and to learn everything we wanted to know about the car we were looking at. We never felt pressure to buy or to upgrade to a bigger more expensive car. I would recommend going there.

They set up the inspection/registration and found me better insurance coverage! I would have even been able to drive it out that day but the mechanic/tech who overlooks everything before the car can leave, had gone home; but I had it less than 24hrs later! Thanks again guys for ALL of your cordial care and hard work!

They are amazing at this location! So attentive to every detail. I went in for my tire and got it taken care of and they went beyond and above. The waiting area is better than my home with all coffees, teas, snacks, and cappuccinos. They also treat your car amazing putting car mats down before entering. Love this place!!

I went for an oil change, the service advisor was courteous and friendly. The service manager was excellent ,(Dec2020) tough position to hold and he was great. Hopefully he will stay and I can go back in the future for any necessary repairs.

As usual the dealership was clean and I was happy to see they still had coffee during Covid19. They told me it would take 1 1/2 hours until my car was done...and it was. My car had a recall and I was informed it was all taken care of and that it would not bother me any more. So far good.

She made room to see me, was able to get a tire properly mounted (apparently Pep Boys doesn't know how to mount tires on a 2013 ALtima) Debbie could have ripped me off and sold me a new tire valve as Pep Boys had incorrectly stated I needed. Tire problem solved, I'm definitely going back for some other hick ups the car is having.

So after all this what do I have to say? If you want a Nissan you must deal with GWEN ZACCARDI!! She is wonderful, professional, no BS and as I later found out a seasoned professional with over two decades experience in the automobile industry. God bless her! What a tough industry!

After a horrible experience with Pep Boys, Nissan Service Advisor Debbie saw me on a saturday afternoon when she could have turned me away. She made room to see me, was able to get a tire properly mounted (apparently Pep Boys doesn't know how to mount tires on a 2013 ALtima) Debbie could have ripped me off and sold me a new tire valve as Pep Boys had incorrectly stated I needed. Tire problem solved, I'm definitely going back for some other hick ups the car is having.
