I went to this Nissan to service my car and came out with it feeling brand new. Kevin helped me out, he was very honest and to the point on what I needed and pricing. When it’s time for me to get a new vehicle I will be back because of him. Phenomenal customer service!
I explained to salesperson that I need amount of what I need out of pocket. I was told $2300. I said "that's it"? He said yes. I came back the very next day. They waited until they switched insurance and transferred plates to tell me that it's really $2900. I told them I was told $2300 and they didn't seem to care. They just wanted my money! I received a phone call crom a supervisor to see if I was happy and I told her that I left very unhappy and she said she will find out what happened and get back to me. I called back 2 days later and she didn't have any answers for me. Then the real kicker is I just recieved a bill in the mail for $186 saying they made a mistake with DMV price. Which means they got me for $800 more then I was promised.
I’m not here to speak ill of a few dealers I went to before this one. Some weren’t all that bad. I had sat with 2 douchebags on separate occasions at a dealership in centereach until I was literally yearning for a good experience. I literally drove right from that dump over to Nissan 112. John C was a breath of fresh air, helped me find THE specific car I was calling places all across the northeast for. Mike in finance was incredibly patient and accommodating. Within less than 24 hours, their team had me in the car I desired. Smooth & seem less, as it should be. I actually thank the douche dealer for motivating me to go straight to Nissan 112. I’ll be recommending my family who’ll need cars in the immediate future to see John & anyone else who needs a car. Go here!
