The annual US News & World Report on the best family vehicles in the auto industry has named the new Nissan Murano the Best 2-Row SUV for Families. This is the second time the Murano has been recognized this year by US News, having also been named one of the Best Cars for the Money back in February.
US News & World Report draws information from reviews made by professional automotive journalists, as well as seating and cargo space, family-friendly features, and safety ratings to determine the best family cars in 21 categories across the auto industry.
Obviously one of the most affordable cars on the market given its Best Cars for the Money win, US News cited its affordable price as a high point for families and said that “reviewers say its cabin offers a near-luxury level of refinement.”
This is just one of many reasons the Murano was named the Best 2-Row SUV for Families, though—the Murano leads its segment in interior space, safety ratings, and features, making it the best car for families in its class.
