Excellent service , people and waiting area
Dennis Nixon is the best car salesman. Hands down. He is a true gem and asset to the Nissan brand as a whole and the company is so lucky to have him. Truthfully, calling him a car salesman is honestly disingenuous, because he’s way more than that. He geniunely thinks of how to put you in the best car for your family and financial health, and he did that for me and my family this past Thursday (8/30). As for only four stars, we had to wait a wild long time to get my new car, with no updates from the other staff. However, there was a nice waiting area with coffee, snacks, outlets and iPhone charging wires. I just wish they had a text update system about the status of the car preparation, so we could have left to get something to eat. Otherwise, very happy with my leasing situation. Looking forward to upgrading my beautiful new car with Nissan 112 in a few years!
I was pleasantly surprised that the recall on my car was done within an hour when originally quoted 3 hours needed. The young man that handled my service was refreshingly pleasant and genuinely happy to be of help. A smile goes a long way.
My salesperson, Chris, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles and quite personable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. My car was delivered and reviewed in a timely fashion.
